How much does it cost?
We do offer a DIY service from $500, if you want to save on costs.
How long does a website build take?
Most builds are 4 to 8 weeks from brief to live, depending on complexity and how quickly we can move through approvals together. The thing that slows projects down most is waiting on content from the client. Come in with copy and images ready and we move fast. Need help with content? We can include that, it just adds time. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the start and stick to it.
Do I need all four services?
No. Most businesses start with one or two and add from there. Got a website you're happy with? You might just need Hosting & Care and Content & SEO. Starting fresh? Discovery & Build is the obvious first step. The AI Website Playbook suits anyone producing content regularly who wants it to actually sound like them. We'll tell you honestly what we think you need, and what can wait.
What if I already have a website?
Bring it. We'll look at it honestly. Sometimes the site is fine and just needs better content or better hosting. Sometimes a rebuild makes more sense than patching. We won't recommend a new build if you don't need one, that's a waste of your money and not how we work. If we can improve what you've got without starting from scratch, we'll say so.
Do you work with businesses outside the Northern Beaches?
Yes. Most of the work happens remotely anyway, screen shares, shared documents, video calls. We're based in Mona Vale but we work with businesses across Sydney and beyond. The local advantage is that if you want a face-to-face conversation, it's easy to arrange. But it's never a requirement.
